Easy to use.
The gym we went to had one of these and the husband loved it. Bought him one for the house and he still loves it. Easy to use and doesn’t take up space.

Great price
This is a great ab roller and will give you a great core work out. It is actually part of the "Perfect" workout line and is the Perfect Ab Carver Pro (even though it is not listed as that). If you do price comparisons you will see that the seller has the best price around!

Don't let go when you go out and fall, I've had members do this and take a header from the unit. it is spring loaded, duh
