Toolocity Adptr5811m14 Adapter 5/8-11 Male M14 Female

I used this adapter to attach a 3M expander wheel adapter (5/8 - 11 threads) to my bench grinder which had m14 threads. Threads are right, but the female threads were poorly machined and had tons of shavings inside that I had to pull off and clean out. Then once I put the 3M adapter and expander wheel on, I discover this adapter is out of alignment. I could literally see the wheel spinning off center and it shook my entire table. I then put nothing but the Toolocity adapter on the grinder arbor and checked the alignment by holding an Allan wrench against it and it chattered. This adapter may be fine if you wish to put a angle grindle tool on a bench grinder where the wheel will be closer to the actual grinder motor and shaft. But for a tool that will attach to it and extend farther away from the grinder as a 3M expander wheel and adapter, it will more than likely amplify this adapter's misalignment and have too much vibration. I plan on using this adapter with angle grinder cut off wheels and such which will butt up against the body of the adapter and won't rely on the the adapter's male threads to be aligned. This should work out fine.
