This product functions quite well as an edge-to-edge screen protector, with the added bonus of a privacy screen!As for the privacy screen, you're offered significantly reduced visibility at about 45 degrees wide of the phone, with full blackout privacy coverage from about 60 degrees wide of the phone. And you can't even tell when the phone is facing you that there's a privacy screen on it. The frontal view is totally clear & bright. For a $10 privacy screen, that'll be hard --if not impossible-- to beat! My one complaint stems from the fact that if the screen is super fingerprinty, it will show on the privacy screen when you turn it to the side (appears to have less coverage where the fingerprints are, for some reason). However, if you give the screen a good wipe-down, the issue resolves itself. Just more motivation to keep my phone's screen sparkling clean!As for the screen protector, it went on quite smoothly. I saw a fleck of dust right in the middle of the screen after I had put the cover on, and it came off relatively easily, and reattached itself without issue. I like the edge-to-edge look that is extremely difficult to find for iPhone 6s and 7s. I use a very low-profile case that feels almost like nothing is on the phone, so I need the full edge-to-edge coverage that this cover provides. After a month of use, there are a few scratches on it, but that is bound to happen with daily wear & tear, and it doesn't show too badly. Compared to the $25 name-brand edge-to-edge screen protector that I used to use, this one has held up MUCH better to drops & about equal scratch resistance. A hairline crack has started to appear between the earpiece and the edge of the privacy screen, but it's quite minimal and doesn't affect my use or visibility of the screen itself, so I can live with it for now.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel I should comment on this screen protector. It OBVIOUSLY has rainbow effects - I want to point this out since some comments here said that they did not notice the rainbow. If you open some app to show mostly white background, and then look at the screen from almost horizontal (almost level to your eyes or slightly lower) and then rotate the phone at different angles - you will see the rainbows. I accidentally noticed this when I was charging my phone on my work table, and I glanced it from the side when the screen was on.I am not too worried about this screen protector being able to prevent the original phone screen from cracking after a fall (similar tempered glass protectors saved my phone twice before), but I am worried that the rainbow effect may be damaging to my eyes, since I spend so much time looking at the phone screen (who doesn't nowadays?). I am going to shop for a replacement for this protector.

The size and quality of this screen protector is great. My only issue is that it doesn't actually fit the iPhone 8 Plus. There is a groove on the screen protector for the front facing camera. However, it is not in the correct place for the iPhone 8 plus. The groove on this product for the front facing camera sits above the speaker. Whereas on the iPhone 8 Plus the camera is placed to the left of the speaker. Other than this, seems like a well made product.

This was really easy to install. The wet wipe they sent was dry, but so what? I have isopropyl alcohol on hand. The coolest thing about this kit is that they have stickers in the kit to put on the screen to hold onto while you install it. I'm not sure if others do this or not, but I'd recommend purely based on this! Plus, they give you 2 of everything. So, even if you used the install kit on the first glass, and then you have everything you need for a second install. wise. I would buy this again, but I probably won't have to since I already have a spare!

I bought these for my wife's iPhone 8 plus and it's held up great so far. I've tried more brands of glass screen protectors than I could even possibly remember and they all seem pretty similar in every aspect except for price. Some companies seem to think that packaging it in a fancy box justifies charging an extra $10 - $15 but I personally don't care what the packaging looks like as long as the product is legit. I'm totally happy with the quality, price and the ease of install of these and would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased this screen protector for my iPhone 8 Plus. Installation was easy, just like any other screen protector. I had two problems with it. First, when it get put on, there's a small line on the top and bottom that doesn't stick to the iPhone's screen and so it looks like theres a bubble except it's not a bubble, it's because of the iPhone's curvature. My second problem is that it breaks so easily when it gets nicked ever so lightly on the edge. It'll make a chip which will eventually result in a hairline fracture. I guess it's better to replace a $5 screen protecter than having to pay hundreds to get the iPhone's screen itself replaced.

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it didn’t quite fit my phone all the way. There’s about .5 centimeter from the end of the screen cover to the edge of my phone. Also, no matter how hard I press down, there’s still air bubbles towards the edges of the screen cover.But it does the job, was cheap, and had prime shipping. So I’m good.

I loved the packaging for this product. I used the screen protector on my phone and it was easy to get on and easy to get off as well. I liked the fact that once I put the screen protector on it did not move around like some protectors I have previously had. I did not completely follow the directions and I still did not have any issues.
