i would give this company a 5 star but product a 3- Bummer - Works Great at first ! I was amazed at how affective this bark collar was until it stopped working after a few weeks- my dog is 9lbs and i was able to adjust to fit his neck- however after a few weeks of working it STOPPED! Wouldn’t vibrate or beep as any time my dog barked it wud glitch and just do a weird quiet beeping like battery was dying from a fire alarm chirp sound- i contacted company and they were amazing and sent me a replacement collar free of charge! But after a few weeks of the new bark collar SAME ISSUE- Company customer Service was wonderful - however i don’t want them to keep sending me replacement bark collars every 3-6 weeks because it stopped working - great concept - worked for a few weeks- cheaply made- not durable or long lasting - it’s not too pricey so if you want to give it a try it does work at first - but don’t expect it to last more than 3-6 weeks before you have to toss it out and buy a new one -also know that this company stands behind their products 100% and issued me a replacement after fist issue and then a full refund after replacement collar had stopped working -

I absolutely love these collars. I have 2 mini dachshunds and they bark at everything (people, animals, the fireplace and even falling leaves). I needed to control their barking since it was starting to get to everyone especially my new neighbors. I am a huge animal lover and would never use a shock collar so I started looking for other alternatives. These collars were super easy to put together and use. Both dogs barked twice and got the concept. My only 2 issues with these collars are the collars are made for a wide range of dog sizes so they were very long on my dogs (one is 10lbs and the other 15lbs) Not a huge deal but I had to cut the collar so the extra piece wasn’t dragging on the ground. The 2nd issue is that I originally had the collar on one dog so when the one without the collar barked and it was going off. For me it wasn’t a big problem considering both dogs needed these collars but if you have multiple dogs and only 1 needs this collar it may be a difficult situation.

So yeah, my ten pound Yorkie wouldn't stop barking. He barks at literally everything. Cars, doors, whistles, dings, buzzers, claps, people talking, children, tv, thunder, rain, walking. Pretty much everything that isn't me or my wife, he barks at. As well he has terrible fits of barking whenever he's alone. We live in a small six family house and we couldn't even leave him for a few minutes without him waking everyone up in a panic mode. We've tried everything, from expensive dog training to dog therapy and play dates (he hastes other dogs). Nothing was working. Vet told us, that some dogs just need to be the center of attention 24/7, 365 and are like this. My dog is a stubborn protective child that hates everything and everyone that isn't us. I bought this collar as the last hope. It worked perfectly. It vibrates, beeps and he stops barking.I'm not sure why the dog trainer or vet wouldn't of recommended this.I was super stuck trying to find a collar that just vibrated rather than shocked (i'm not shocking my dog). This was exactly what I needed. It works so well, to the point where I think he's getting better without the collar on now. I told the vet and he said most of these are a gimmick and don't really work, but if it works, by all means continue to use it.

Even though this collar didn’t work for my dog I am updating my review because the customer service specially Josephine is excellent!After reading my review she followed up immediately to ask if I would like a refund and processed it within a few days. She also asked if o wanted to keep the collar and use it as a gift.She followed again to verify that I received the refund too!I would use this business again!Great service!!!! Giving it a four star for service!!!This collar may work for other doggies but this collar really made my dog more anxious. I tried to train him to get use to it over the course of 3 days and only left it on him for a short time. It made him run around in circles and barking more and more and also scratch at it obsessively. Hope it works for others.

I really feel compelled to share the value of this collar. We adopted a dog from the shelter that was adopted four times before, and were promptly returned to the shelter. We didn't dwell on the "return the dog four times to the shelter" bit. She was now ours and we began acclimating her to our home and our pack. This dog made it very clear why she was returned to the shelter so many times. She was a horrible, incessant barker, and even an ankle biter, and she wasn't herding dog or any such thing, she was just a nuisance, loud and annoying. I bought this collar because it's humane anddoesn't shock the pooch. We put the collar on her and began testing it. We invited a few victims over, and she barked once, ONCE folks, just ONCE, and a short ringing sound was heard, and the dog turned away from the visitors and went to her pillow and laid down. I was so happy with the results, I did the dance of joy. Buy it. It's magical.P.S. Another dog we have, who got excited by the visitors, barked next to the perp, and her collar went off. So there you go.

Ok the product unfortunately didn’t work at all due to I assume it is a defect. I was so eager to use the product right away because I can’t wait for my dog to stop barking too much. But I still give the product 3 stars because the company’s customer service personnel reached out to me after I have initiated return process. They wanted to send me a new one even after I told them I have sent the product back. That’s a good customer service. I told them no need because I have already bought another brand right after I return the product (before customer service contacted me). So I don’t want to have extra bark collar because it will be a waste for me. So 3 stars because customer service is good
