MILAGE OF 35 MILES ON A CHARGE!
So far I love it. Haven't actually gone "on the road" yet, just around my parking lot. It is still too cold. BUT one thing you NEED to know: It has a hand brake, it works fine, it does NOT have electromagnetic brake that engages like other mobility scooters. When you stop the throttle, it doesn't stop unless you use the hand brake. Disconcerting the first time and it is something I'll have to learn. All my other scooters stopped. Learning curve at 68 lol. I LOVE that it folds up and stands on end for storing it in the house. This can not be beat! All the others I had were just a big THUMB in my living room. Not this one! You can not beat the mileage on this scooter compared to ANY other scooter that isn't the size of a small car. I will update this review when I start my travels. IF the darn weather will get on my side!EDIT AFTER SCOOTING: Pros: it does go and fast when needed for crossing streets or getting up hills. Very responsive. Cons: Be aware that there is springs on the front wheel (why is beyond me) but there is nothing on the rear. The seat is ultra flat and ultra hard. No dip at all to keep your but centered if you go over areas like uneven sidewalk or the dreaded dips for rain drainage. VERY jolting. I was thrilled that this scooter I could use on sidewalks and not have to worry about no curb cut outs for handicapped people since I could get off, grab the front bar, turn it around and roll it off and cross the street and pop it back up. I'm fairly sure I will have to go back to driving alleys. Really bummed at this. Some kind of spring or even a seat that gives would have made this scooter so much better. I'm 133lbs so not really a light weight at 4'9" and when I go over things that make the scooter jolt I'm bouncing all over the seat and have to constantly reposition. Other than those cons, I love it more than any of the other 8 scooters I've had over the years. I'll update if I come up with more to say :D
