Proper chuffed
Absolutely amazing. Connect perfectly with 2pin ear monitors. I have kz10 pro and they're just as good on these as the wire. Highly recommended. Batteries last for a really good session. Brilliant purchess. Well chuffed!

A great upgrade with a small flaw
I have used the kz az09 for over a year with no issues and dropped one of the ear buds into paint at work so thought Id upgrade and the az10 is similar in almost every way apart from the materials used to cover the wires that connect the ear piece to the battery. This was made of a clear stiff plastic on the old version and has been changed to a softer silicone type material which has no rigidity and can cause the battery section behind the ear to flap around. Not a deal breaker and no affect to the audio but a small issue if you move your head around a lot or use for running.

Lasted just over 6 months.
These were great. Unfortunately they've only lasted just over 6 months and now no longer hold a charge. I think it's only one ear piece exhibiting the issue. They should last 5+ hours on a single charge and they are barely lasting 2. The case is also not charging the headphones the amount of times they are quoted to anymore. I've ordered a different set and returned the faulty ones under warranty. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Right hook refuse to charge, battery died after 2 months, constant static noise.
Sound: constant static noise, probably downside of having an IEM on Bluetooth. Battery: right hook refuse to charge after 2 months. Comfort: it was indeed comfortable.

Right receiver stopped working after 6 months of infrequent use. Seems to have stopped charging.
