This tester did not accurately ID wires for me; I ordered the much more expensive Fluke meter, which did the job well.ALSO, and, perhaps important to many, is the fact that this unit comes with no instructions, or at least not with useful instructions. The Fluke does.If you can afford the Fluke and will use it enough to make it worthwhile, I'd recommend going with it.
