Great Value IP Security Camera
This is a great little IP camera. I work in the integration world and see a lot of high-end security camera systems. Now, this will not compete with those systems but the value for the price is great. The picture quality for both normal and night modes are as good as you're going to get with a 1 MP sensor (720p). The detail is there to see what you need in a small area. The setup process was well documented but not a "one-touch" setup. Be sure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. This may be difficult for some users who have a dual band wireless router with both bands the same name (SSID). The default password is "admin" but I was asked to change the password on first login which is a good thing. One of the features I looked forward to most was the motion alert notifications on my phone. However, when I went to enable the feature (when cameras is online, click the gear icon), it would show a loading graphic then not change. To resolve this, I updated the firmware on the camera (gear icon, System Setting, Check Update). With the update, I can now receive motion alarm notifications.I haven't inserted a memory card yet, but plan to do so and record a few minutes on motion as well. Why less one star? I would like to know how the camera and phone get connected. There's no cloud type storage or login, so is it UPnP? Is the video data going through a remote server before it gets to my phone? More curious. Also, the IR lights are visible when "night" mode is engaged. That is understandably necessary for IR but it would be great to have the option to turn it off and rely on ambient light.Overall, the value of this camera is great. When you need an eye on your home/pet/kids/paint when you're away, this is a good solution.

Clear view & sound from a distance
We love this camera and its features. We want to buy more to place around the house. The camera is easy to use and small enough to be placed so it will not be noticed just by glancing around. The app works great and you can see very clearly both during the day and at night. We also like that the camera has an audio option. The camera records perfectly. We also love that we can view the camera on both of our cell phones at the same time. We have no complaints on this camera and would highly recommend it to others. The only snag we ran into was during set up. We received an alert on our phones saying “only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi supported camera, please switch the phone into 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for connection.” In the product reviews, people mentioned running into this situation as well and offered suggestions on how to fix it which was very helpful. We did have to call AT&T but were quickly given the answer we needed and it fixed the issue.Thank you.

Good camera for price
I bought 2 of these cameras. One as a baby monitor which is the only one I have set up right now. It works great. The picture in daylight and night mode is great. I had issues with getting the 2 way audio to work but I figured it out (hold down the mic button when you want to talk). The only issue I have is I can't get the camera to leave the push notifications in the on switch in settings even though I have push notifications enabled on my phone. So I have just left my phone on all night so I can hear if my son cries. Which is loud enough that I woke up when he cried.EDIT: company was suppose to send me a SD card, but never received it. They sent a tracking number after I had to write them multiple times saying I didn't receive the card. Tracking number they sent says it was delivered, but USPS says that's not 100% accurate. It could have been delivered to wrong address. But company isn't trying to be helpful at all now. Just disappointed with them at this point.
