Live Fire Ring O Fire

Great product! I’ve finally learned that if I need paracord I’m buying this stuff. It might cost a little more but for the added advantage of a fire starter I’ll pay it. I use this stuff for everything. Knives, zippers, bags, ridgelines, etc. I have it everywhere. You may never need it but if you do it could be a life saver

Nice little package, but the ferro rod is so small it's almost useless. And the cord's really not that great. The firecord strand inside doesn't perform that well. Wouldn't trust it in a life/death situation. The livefire tin is the saving grace in this package.

This live fire original is great and as long as you have good kindling then you are set with only about a half dollar size piece. Nice and easy to use and very easy to transport and store. Worth it for going camping or just for emergency use. The cord is nice that you can put it on anything and is a nice emergency back up. For the cord I recommend more than an inch for good starting use, especially if its windy as it does not work quite as well as the live fire original. I have bought a few of these and they do come in multiple colors.
