This is a nice set. The cords seem thicker and more sturdy than others I've had. Seems like you get a lot for the price in this set.

Don't waste your money! One of the bands broke on the first use due to poor quality. I put on another one and it broke too and flew off hitting my wall. Thankfully it didn't break anything or hit anyone and hurt them.

I originally used something similar in physical therapy and wanted to purchase my own. I do like this one due to the fact that the resistance is variable. Only issue I have with them is the cables are somewhat long so it doesn’t give much resistance unless your legs are spread far apart. I used around my ankles and still had this problem so I’m not sure how it works with the thighs. Overall good for price

Delivered on time and product is exactly as advertised. I love my new resistance bands! I took my time and did my research, and these were the winner! I love the fact that i can clip on mutilple bands for added resistance, instead of just being limited to one band at a time

Nice products, case and bands, I will use these but they are larger than what I expected.

After only 2 light uses, the clip that clips the band to the strap broke, and now is unusable :(
