You get what you want out of it. Very durable but sides tend to curl up after a while. Great for the home office for me since I spend allot of time sitting and it helps release tension in my heels.

It's a good mat for your feet, easy to set up and easy to use. I'm glad to use it and plan to use it some more.

I definitely noticed my knee pain disappeared a few days later after using them and now I'm committed and use these more often.It hurts at first, but you'll get used to it after awhile. I was only able to stand on them for only a few seconds at first with socks on/off and now I can stand and walk on them for a bit longer.I got them because of a TV show called Running Man and was curious enough to try it out and I'm glad I got them.

For some reason I thought they were more 'rubbery' not so plastic. It hurts because its plastic not because its 'massaging' your feet.

this is made of low quality pure plastic, technically i dont even know if you can call plastic board mat... i expect some hard rubber product not plastic board

This is a keeper. Will take my feet awhile to get bored of. I stand and walk on this an hour everyday. I have it for prevention and energy increased and stabilizer. Reflexology is very interesting to me. Good purchase experience. I just wish purple wasn’t sold out.

Hard plastic and just like I hoped it is difficult to stand on bare foot for too long at first. I have a towel over it and am working up my tolerance to the pain. The 2 panels joined together are the perfect size for a large DYI wobble board.

I absolutely LOVE this product for my feet! Some of my family members felt that it hurt them, however, it the pressure felt just right on my feet.
