No more crink in my neck
The media could not be loaded. This unusual pillow is great for resting your head sideways. Much better than their thinner U-shaped counterparts which seem to cause a crink in my neck because they aren't as thick and supportive. This one is great and you can rest your head at a much more natural angle.This pillow does not have a cover but is stuffed enough that it gives you the right support with still being very soft. The outer material is kind of like a velvety velour. A little more bulky to pack and take with you, but totally worth it in my opinion. Great for airplanes and car travel.

Excellent! A must for traveling
Very supportive and comfortable. I have awful neck pain and this pillow was a dream. I am constantly fly and have tried many travel pillows. This is by far the best I have used. Saved me on my 20 hr flight to Japan.

Love this "sitting up" pillow!
This pillow is great for travel!!! It is soooo comfortable!! I try pillows all the time because of neck issues and this one works. Too much too sleep in a bed but perfect for sitting up in a car, plane, or Lazy Boy!

Don't waste your money
I followed instructions to use blow dryer to firm it up but it goes limp after a couple of hours & gets all wobbly. Disappointed.

Perfect travel pillow!!

Better than it looks
Yes, it is weird-looking. But it's not bad, especially if you have a problem with C-shaped pillows, because your heavy head tips forward through the gap. (It can't be just me...?) This pillow gives you a place to put your chin, if you put it in front of you, and if you use it to your side, it doesn't scoot out from under your ear the way and inflatable air pillow does. That being said, it's obviously not the most portable pillow, since it's stuffed instead inflating with air. If you're traveling or in a public space, expect people to stare at you and your weird face-hugger shaped thing. (I don't like that they describe it as a "sitting baby" because it kind of creeps me out, but whatever...)If you're on a roadtrip, this pillow is very useful when you are crammed in a car with other people and trying to sleep. The downside is that everyone will think you are insane for having a headless baby pillow.
