I bought my towels from Oasis Linens who advertised that they are selling LionFinch products but when I received the towels there's no any indication that they are LionFinch and the picture shows the real company name. I contacted the seller and was told that the towels are made from the same material and by the same factory as LionFinch. I also contacted LionFinch and received a reply from the company owner stating that he's aware of the issue but he can't do anything about it. I wish I could forward his email to Amazon management for reviewThe towels I received are the right size and are soft but not made by LionFinch

We ordered these towels based on the description and photos. Well, these do not have Lionfinch written anywhere on them, and they do not resemble the photo. As others have noted these are Tees Oasis branded. We wrote the Lionfinch email address and got a reply about why these towels were not branded with Lionfinch brand. They said other companies buy their towels. They wanted photos, so we sent photos and then didn't from them, again. But, all that being said these are very nice towels. They are heavy and large and didn't shrink much. They are soft and just what we wanted. There is an abnormal bit of weaving on one, which leads me to believe these might be seconds. But, these towels perform as they should and are absorbent and soft. I just wish they were more honest in the ad.

I ordered these 70 inch towels and received 54 inch towels in error. Brian, the Chief Towel Maker, called me, appoligised and promised to fix it. He told me to keep the 54 inch towels and expect the correct product as quickly as he could ship them out. They arrived with a gift of a huge laundry bag about two and a half weeks later. I love the weight and absorbency of these bamboo towels.

These are decent towels, large & soft. BUT:1) They're NOT made by LionFinch, as my photo clearly shows the brand is "Oasis Tees" and the back of the label says they're made in Pakistan.2) Right out of the package I could see a few snags, and even after the first wash they didn't fluff up at all (it's like having a giant washcloth from S-Mart, but softer), so they're not what I would call "Premium" quality.I would send them back for the False Advertising, but honestly I just don't want to go through the hassle. They're not the best, and if I had the chance to do it over I wouldn't buy them again, but they're not the worst either. Take it as a lesson learned & shop somewhere else.

These towels definitely met my high expectations! The are exactly what I was hoping for. They are incredibly fluffy and soft, and very absorbent just as I'd hoped! I also like that they are larger than average and fully cover my larger frame when I wrapped in their softness. If your looking for an eco friendly bath towel, don't hesitate to invest in these. They will make you very happy! I like them so much Im ordering another set for back up when guests come to visit.

I got two distinctly different quality bath towels.One is softer, the other is rough and of poor quality.I decided to return it all.The logo of disappointment doesn't seem to match the picture either.

First of all, if you call LionFnch, you will be treated as if you are the most important customer they've ever had. At least, that was my experience. A delay in shipping of 3 days resulted in an ontime delivery of "bonus" items with a note describing the delay. I called about this and was amazed to receive the towels as promised with More "bonus" items. Now for the TOWELS: These towels are beautifully made. The stitching and design is sold, flawless, sturdy ... So of course the high quality shows. The towel feels soft, cozy & thick. What else could you want?
