Falls apart even when installed correctly
The pedals in this kit are stiff and don't like to turn when a preschool age child uses them. The chain comes with a master link and a little clip to finish putting it together. These do not keep it together under normal use even when the chain is installed correctly. Customer service sucks at actually answering the question/problem that you have and require pictures and videos when the problem has nothing to do with anything you could see.
