Prebiotic and probiotic.....very good for the stomach.

Third party tested! Get what you pay for.
This is the only Akkermansia product offered on Amazon that is third party tested to actually contain the bacteria you are looking for. I took another brand and saw no change. I learned that most brands are not tested by another impartial company. I took this for one month and did find I craved carbs much less. My gut is less sluggish. I will use this regularly.

Cause of severe stomach pain DO NOT BUY
I couldn’t even sleep, in so much stomach pain, bloat and feeling terrible from this. Trust me I was working with good doctors on the right path and then got this probiotic, which gets you sick. Gave it a week and threw it away. Waste of a week of my life. Sick of fraud companies trying to steal money and false marketing. Don’t get this probiotic . Please save your stomach the pain. This truly was a waste of money and to pay to have this pain. I’m unsure why they market this besides greed

Single organism blend doesn’t fit the price point for this product.
Akkermansia is all the rage because it’s found in the guts of skinny people. This is too expensive in my humble opinion for a single organism product though. If I take a probiotic, I want multiple organisms offered in the formulation. Also, I guess it never quite colonizes in the gut…so you have to keep buying it!

Helps digestion
This product helps my digestion. I feel better when I take it. I have had digestive problems in the past and this definitely helps

Not worth it in my opinion.
I took this for a month and didn’t notice any difference. I really question the need for these supplements. Just eat the right kind of foods, like high fiber foods. I found some fresh Kimchi at the store in the refrigerated section that isn’t spicy and is delicious and full of natural probiotics. I eat a little bit of that most days and feel the benefits. It’s North Korean style made by SINTO gourmet. It is a lot less expensive than theses pills.
