I recently set out to find a good set of pans for our RV, and came accross the Waxonware Marbellous collection, I had seen them in the past but wasn't ready to purchase. So I pulled the trigger, I started by ordering the 11" saute/ all in one pan with lid I found it to be a great all around pan, besides it beautiful design the handles fit well in my hands, they are thicker pans so expect them to be weightier. From then on out I have been purchasing more pieces of this collection. So now about the 12.5" Wok, it is larger than I thought in my mind which is great I've thought of all kind of uses for it. When it arrived, unfortunately the long handle was broken on it straight out of the box, the shipping box was damaged as well as the retail box, there was my sign. I returned it to Amazon and reordered another, when the 2nd one arrived, it's long handle too was broken, so I decided to get ahold of Waxonware since there was no additional damage to the pan it seemed silly to return it again. What a great decision, I soon found out how great their customer service is. They sent me a new handle, and responded within 24 hours of my initial contact. Both my husband and I really like the Waxonware Marbellous collection, and have decided to replace some pans in our home with them. Obviously proper use and care determine the life of the non-stick finish. Thus far I am completely satisfied with my purchase

I needed a good quality wok for my new gas stove and found this one. It's very well made, attractive and the handles are ergonomically correct. It heats very evenly and doesn't seem to have any cool spots when being used. I would recommend this without hesitation, for someone looking at a mid-grade wok with a good price point.

I've already reviewed these pans. I can't say enough good things to say about them. Wonderful to cook with. And an ease to clean. Nothing sticks and I mean nothing. Made an omlette the other day without trying.

I love all of the 3 WaxonWare pans I have like this. I now own 3, of different sizes. I started with the smallest and used it daily to make eggs for a month and a half before ordering the other 2. Other brands of pans I'd bought all started sticking within a month. WaxonWare not only held up, it's wonderful. I have one more to buy. I wish I could buy an entire set of cookware and bakeware like this, but so far I haven't been able to find them.

As much as I love the design, feel and even cooking surfaces of these pans, there are some problems and one major one. The handles need to be constantly tightened back down after minimal use and the non-stick coatings even though work very well are not robust enough and are easily damaged. Now, here is the big issue. The alloy used to make these pans does give an evenly heated cooking surface BUT it has a nasty reaction to water and detergents, it will blacken with a carbon like substance that will heavily stain anything the pan sits on. The blackening will happen after sitting in a sink but is most prevalent after a dishwasher cleaning, even though they are advertised as dishwasher safe.I have searched long and hard for quality robust cookware and I truly thought I had found it with these pans. I love the design and feel but the blackening issue is forcing me to continue my search. My advise, keep looking….

I really like this pan so far. I fried chicken in it (first time I've ever fried chicken believe it or not). I have stir fried in it and that was very nice. I make omelettes in it and its ok for that. Not perfect though. I think I will buy more form this company. It is the most aesthetically pleasing cookware ever. I am not sure if that matters - but it does get compliments.

The handle won't attach to the wok properly. You actually have to assemble this pot. The screw hole that was drilled into the pot won't accept the screw that holds the main handle in place. Disaster. Too late to return it as I didn't open it for a few months after I got it. They shouldn't be selling this stuff that you have to assemble where the people who are purchasing it are unable to assemble it due to faulty manufacturing

Best cookware I have ever owned. I used my old Teflon wok for years & wanted a more echo friendly wok. I found it!Much larger than my old Teflon & love it.Wipes clean with wet paper towel. Highly recommend. This is my second purchase. The first was the crepe pan. I just ordered the griddle skillet because I’m so pleased with the other two.
