I rode several rides without issue over the last month, however on my recent ride, the bottle cage disconnected from the under seat mount. I lost the cage and bottle (~$100), the mount is still under the seat. I now learned that the bottle cage is only secured by non-threaded pin to the under seat mount, the pin should be threaded. The cage quality was great and held the water bottle tight. I reached out to XLAB explaining the loss of the cage, Jamie their North American Sales Manager replaced the Delta Wing 200 entire assembly. Excellent customer service. To avoid a similar reoccurrence, I removed the pin and replaced it with a stainless steel machine screw #6-32 x 5/8in. Review: Great Quality - Great Quality and it holds the bottle. This holder grips the bottle and holds on. I haven't had one bottle pop out. Very disappointed, being this expensive the bolts that attach the holder to the saddle loosen up on the third ride and the entire holder and bottle fell off mid ride. Everything went down a hill and ended up loosing the holder and a brand new bottle.
