I have had two brand new ones in the last 8 years and I absolutely love the room and versatility for hauling and towing. But I have trouble getting in the bed of the truck because my knees and back hurt. I had seen these collapsible steps that can be put on the truck to allow me better step up access to the tailgate and bed of the vehicle. So, I decided to try one. I had to have my step installed because I don’t have acumen or tools to do so myself. In addition, it did not come with installation instructions, but I found a few YouTube videos that I could have used to install it – but I had it done professionally. The durability and sheer ruggedness of this step is impressive. I am blown away at the quality of this step. It was quite heavy and it installed easily for a professional. I can now easily access the bed of my truck and the mechanism to retract the step works perfectly.
