Since I have started taking this I feel like I have more energy
I have hoshimotos disease & take armour that is prescribed by my doctor. I bought this because even with taking the prescribed medicine I still feel tired all the time. Since I have started taking this I feel like I have more energy. I am liking the positive effects so far!

Shellfish allergy
Be sure to check the ingredients. I’ve never eaten seafood and realized I was allergic to fish after taking an Omega 3 fish oil supplement. Didn’t read the ingredients until I broke out in hives, this contains shellfish. Can’t rate due to my allergy but had to select at least 1 star to provide this review/warning.

I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and my husband is hypo and I've ordered this supplement to help us deal with some of the symptoms we are still experiencing regardless of taking synthroid prescribed by our doctor few months ago. We still feel tired for no obvious reason although not as much as before we were diagnosed and still feel cold, dry skin, etc. We are now at the end of the first bottle we've been sharing taking 1 capsule (me) and he was taking 2 as he is larger for the past 3 weeks and so far, I'm sad to say we have not felt any improvement or much of a difference. I've just ordered the second bottle and we will now be increasing the dosage to 2 caps per day/each to see if that helps, so I will be adding an update to this review after few more weeks as I'm still hopeful that it might start working and make us feel better. We take this supplement along with our meds, super enzymes and probiotocs and we are now also almost completely gluten free ( or as much as realistically possible) but still no significant improvements in energy levels which is the most annoying thing as I would like to feel like working out as we used to but we don't seem to have any energy left for the gym most days of the week so that doesn't help with weight management and overall health. Hope this stuff starts to work or I will have to keep looking for something else

After a week you should notice energy.
I'v only had it a week I would give it a 5 star so far. Right now it's energy what I see and I needed that. I also believe I've lost 2 pounds. I will write more at the end of the month. I'm not really exerciing a lit because I'm in Houston and September is one if our hottest months. I will start outside walk in October so will see. Nothing usually works on me.

after a while of taking these pills as suggested on the bottle, they didn't help but they didn't hurt. shipment was really fast . Pills are not a good way to spend your money!!!
