Revised review for both the product and their service - GREAT!
This is a revised review of this product. The first battery I got didn't work, and I could not return it as I threw away the original package. However, their service contacted me right away and sent me new battery which worked really well. I think I was just unlucky to have a faulty one the first time.All issues were resolved hassle-free.
