So I have had this lock installed for more than 2 weeks now and it’s all good. Being the engineer I am, disassembled the mechanism into many small pieces just for the educational aspect of gaining a better understanding of its functionality. It all works very well and I am happy with this purchase. The color, handle shape and size are really good. The paper drilling template which I taped to the door then drilled through was very helpful and accurate - it worked flawlessly.The product itself earns four stars - the value (price) earns the fifth star.

Ordered 4 of these for airbnb rentals. 1 had to be returned after it fell apart but Amazon made it easy to return and order new one with 2 day delivery. I prefer these locks better than locks that require batteries. Very heavy and nice.

good product for the most part, but you can't see if the door is locked from the inside. Only way to make sure is to open it up.

I'm a handy woman so I can see how lesser folk could find this a daunting task for installation. Takes about an hour. I've found it was easier to eyeball than use the template as the template was off by a half inch.

Had some trouble installing. Keeping small parts in place was a little challenging. Works well though.

Great lock for a low cost. Used on back door that pets are in and out of, saves time because you don't have to unlock the the door from inside to let dogs out and it is always locked from the outside... you don't have to worry about "did I lock the door?"

This is a manual door lock not a digital lock. This means that the ORDER you put the numbers in does NOT MATTER. You also can press ALL THE BUTTONS and it WILL OPEN!! I spent $66 on something that won't keep people out! Can you say RIP-OFF? If it wasn't for the fact that my husband had to drill holes in the door to put the new doorknob on, I would return the stupid thing.

I liked this keyless door lock I had my son put it on my bedroom door took him awhile to figure it out but once he did it's great no batteries and no wires
