There is an art to wearing this without help with adjustments. Once the Velcro straps are properly adjusted, it's fairly comfortable. Pulls those shoulders right back! Required good arm/shoulder ROM to put on /off alone. Straps go inside armpits.

I just received this and tried it on. It does what it states. I felt that I was more aware of "bad" posture and it forced me to correct my posture to an upright position. One of the things to note is that it requires some "break-in" period of wear in order for it to be comfortable. The straps were a bit stiff but it felt better after adjusting it. The adjustment straps are held together using velcro.

I wore on thin shirt under my regular clothes and it was comfortable.

I asked my husband to take a photo so could see if the posture corrector was visible through a thin t-shirt. As you can see for yourself it's barely noticeable! I'm really pleased with this and even though I've only had it a week I feel as if I am standing taller! I am only 5'1" so I have the medium straps pulled almost to the end. Plus I am able to put this on by myself which is nice!

Impossible to put on by yourself. They don't even work once on. Don't waste your money.

I have always been hunched since I was younger, trying to be shorter, less noticeable. As I am now in my 30s, I was looking for a solution to correct my posture with minimal effort. I came across this back support. I received it in the mail and had my husband help me put it on the first time. It fits like a backpack and you can adjust it to what you desire for your own back correction. They recommend you only wear it for 15-20 minutes the first few days and after that, you can increase the time you wear it. I wouldn't recommend trying to wear it under clothing, as I don't see it being discreet. But, if you are at home, you can wear it while you are working at a desk, doing dishes, watching TV, reading, etc. I also find it super helpful to wear it during meal times, because I am less aware of my posture during that time. I have had it for about a week and it has made a difference. I can tell when I'm not wearing the back support, my muscles are adjusting themselves and my mind is conscious of my posture. It will take some time to train these muscles and I'm willing to be patient. I will continue to wear this daily and will update more in the future on when I don't feel like I need to wear it. I know that will vary for everyone. I really appreciate this product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stand taller and correct their posture. It's so easy!

I got this because I work at home sitting at the computer all day and I have bad posture to begin with. When I don't use this, my neck and shoulders start aching not long after I begin work. When I DO use this, that doesn't happen. It's quite uncomfortable at first and takes some getting used to, as you aren't able to bring your arms completely out in front of you. But that's a good thing because it keeps your shoulders aligned where they should be. After using it for awhile, you get used to the feeling and stop trying to fight the brace. Very glad I purchased this.

Need back support best way is to find one of these, as a young child I’ve always had bad posture even through school. It wasn’t until my mid twenties where the damage was really creeping up.
