Poor Quality Material
This item is manufactured using very poor quality material. The universal power plug broke the first time a power cord was plugged in. The engineering of the power plugs is very poor and certain to fail. Would NEVER recommend this item to anyone.

Works and looks great
Everything and all connections work perfect. It looks really nice. Integrates into the table perfectly and looks and feels like a heavy and expensive piece of equipment. Now us and our customers can easily connect to the TV in the conference room, charge their devices (phones, laptops, etc.) and there aren’t any visible cables anywhere. This was a great purchase and I can definitely recommend it.

Overall bad parts! We had issues with both the power and network ports, and since its inconvenient to return it, I am fixing it locally. I already fixed the power, and repairing the network ports. Both units we ordered were bad.
