The supplier hasn't responded in 6 weeks. I play tenor so that's the setting I use. **Q: My nevew is bringing this home from the stares to Ireland, will i still be able to charge it as its 230 power supply in Ireland?** A: Charges thru a usb port **Q: Is this true diversity?** A: Not sure what you mean by diversity, but It works really well and I'm happy with the set up. They automatically stay charged up by the carry case. Just push a button on the case. Easy to set up. Turn the two pieces on and they automatically pair. Good sound and volume. I play with guitars that are pretty loud and the Baritone sax gets washed out by them. When I solo, the guy on the mixer turns me up a bit. Seems to have good range too. I'm able to go out in the crowd and still play. It's a good set up for what I do. **Q: i bought this , recieved this and was expecting awesome sound , something is not right the sound is very muffled and thinking of returning help?** A: Sounds like you need to EQ your sound system.
