Definitely not what we expected
Not as sturdy as expected, started to squeak anf wiggle after few months of occasional use (2-3 times bikes on for average 1h each time) . Used only in the summer but rusted by end of season and rubber discoloured substantially from the sun. Not sure if next summer we can used it again as last trip was a bit concerning with all the wiggles and sounds was making.

sturdy, great price.
I looked around for the sturdiest bike rack I could find. Had trouble finding the weight rating for this one in all the different ads and reviews. I see it rated at 200-300 pounds. Anyway, I hung it on my 2011 toyota sequoia rear hidden hitch then added my two Voltbike ebikes on it, weighing in at 65-70 pounds each (heavy beasts) and drove to La Ventana Mexico from Vancouver Canada. Had some pretty bumpy roads along the way where there was road construction, etc. in Mexico. All good, no failures. I was able to clamp the big bikes on there and strap them in for balance and all was good. There as a little 'play' in the mount point between rack and hidden hitch but the straps held the bikes steady enough. It's a long drive, nearly 2500 miles. I took the rack off once arriving but intend to mount the rack on the front in order to move the bikes around without interfering with the rear hatch opening, though I can angle the bike rack down if desired (but can't be bothered). Very happy with how strong it is and the pricing.

Sturdy and built well, but does not fit 4 adult bikes
This seemed like a sturdy bike carrier and we liked the price. However, once we started loading our bikes we realized that there was no way it would have fit 3 adult bikes and 1 bike for a 12 year old. We returned it because we needed something for 4 bikes. Last thing I would mention...if you have a woman’s bike...they don’t fit well as we had to remove the water bottle holders. We couldn’t get the bikes to fit over the fixed bolts without removing the water bottle holders. I would say this carrier is good for 2 possibly 3 adult bikes maximum.

NOT THE MOST EFFICIENT DESIGN
Heavy and hold down system is not practical. One needs to remove too many knobs to install the bikes or remove them from the rack. At the very least, the upper hold down plate should be cut into 2 or more to make it easier and faster. I would return it if I had not thrown away the box. My bad. However, the cost was acceptable.

Red rubbers fall off
This is very heavy-duty and sturdy. I used it to do about 3000 km and it held up very well. I haven't used the locking feature, because my locks were too big, so I just used a chain. I love how you can lower it to get into the trunk, though not very easy to do with 4 bikes on it. 4 bikes was very tight, but they fit. Only real complaint is that the red rubber things fall off easily. I had to cut a pool noodle around one of the bikes after the red things fell off so that the bike didn't get scratched.

it is okay
the top 3 screws are way too long and the bolt is not glued to the plastic hold. The pin to hold on the hitch is a screw that needs a tool, used others that were just a bar that you pass a pin at the end and it was way better. Also, the robbers keep coming off, that is annoying. The other features are good, the way you can lower it to open the trunk and how it can be folded for storage.

What I needed and price is right
I like that it showed up the next day, I loaded 4 bikes on the back of the trailer with this drove 6 hours up north bikes were still attached to rack when were got there. no damage no scratches tilt works great clamps work great. Only used once there and back so far. great price... female youth bike proved to be tricky to mount with the rear suspension

Quality control issue.
Received repaired sealed item shipped from manufacturer. After spending considerable amount of time installing the bike rack, I discovered a 7 inch scratch that was touched up by the manufacturer. Damaged product should not be shipped as new and sold as seconds. Time wasted installing the bike rack.

Flimsy - Poor Quality - Not For 4 Bikes
Flimsy structure with a lot of movement...even when slowly rolling off of our driveway. Four bikes (i.e. 2 standard adult and 2 children’s bikes) were way too tight and damaged when loading on the rack. We used this rack once for a 1 1/2 hour (smooth highway) trip and by the time we returned home, one of the 3 screwtops to secure the bikes had broken through the screw-mount. Disappointed...but can’t complain based on the low price point. In the process of returning.

Good deal for the money
Good deal for the money, used a couple times already and it's been great. Was difficult to get the bolt on for the hitch, definitely need the right tools to get it on.

Its ok
This works alright. The bikes feel a bit wobbly even when tightened on well and it is hard getting all of the bikes on the rack sitting g well. It works but not the best.

Too heavy.
Bicycles nowadays are light, mostly with aluminum bodies. The carrier is to heavy for the job that needs to do. Additional weight on the vehicle contributing to extra fuel consumption.

Sturdy but implementation is bad.
Good overall by they have painted threads and i could not unscrew them without using tools and breaking their plastic shells! I was lucky this happened not in a forest but in my garage. So now i have to use bare steel nuts and wrench and it looks ugly.
