It works well, has adapter for 1.5 and 2 in hitchIt also have very versatile mounting options that many other racks do not.My only complaint is that my bike have a very large diameter tube frame and the straps are a little short for it.I do not consider that a manufacture issue since most bikes do not have frames as large as mine, but it should be considered if you have a oversized frame tubing on your bike

For starters the box was pretty beat up when delivered. (I realize that’s not on the manufacturer) Once unpacked I realized one of the locking pins were missing. Because I was leaving for vacation in a few days I opted to buy a replacement pin from Lowe’s. After only two uses one of the buckles that secures the locking straps has pulled out of the material. The rack comes with several papers that say don’t return but to call for replacement parts and warranty issues. I have attempted to contact K2 twice with no response. I would not recommend this device based on poor customer service

Most of the rack is pretty solid. However, the straps provided to hold the bike in the mounts do stretch out and the button to latch the straps break eventually within the first year. Our first broke within 2 months. Had to buy velcro straps to reinforce which I highly recommend. Additionally, this system is not for wider framed bikes. They do not fit in the mount. Will be buying another rack system.
