So far so good using these with my 13in 2016 Macbook Pro (i7, 16 RAM - I say this as a full disclosure b/c the power of my laptop might skew my perception of this product for graphics speed/lack of lag & data transfer speeds). I have used this with my MacBook to attach a Logitech wireless keyboard that is solar powered, a wireless Microsoft mouse, and an external 23 inch Monitor all at the same time and I experienced absolutely no lag (yay!). Obviously, my laptop is pretty powerful and certainly has the processing power to handle this kind of set up, so I can't speak to the converters quality on a device with less processing power. I have also not had the need to use this to charge my laptop, which is the only device that I have with a USB-C end, so I can't speak to that either. Though that would also be heavily depended on the output of whatever cube or power source the converter was connected to.Bottom line: They are small, can fit in the USB-C ports right next to each other on a MacBook Pro, don't seem too wobbly, seem well made. If I lose any or need more I will def re-order these.

Hell yeah that's what I need!
Look, kudos to all my brothers and sisters out there grabbing the brand new MBP and becoming early adopters of the all USB-C concept. This is gonna bridge the gap with all your USB peripherals you already spent a buttload of money on.Plus you get 3. I keep 2 in my EDC bag and the 3rd one is somewhere underneath the passenger seat of my car. They're a bit small, if I must complain about something.

Glad these were cheap, they work, but fit is an issue.
I'm going against the overall opinion on these for one very simple reason, and that is that they are such a tight fit into my USB-C ports on my new Hp Spectre X360 laptop that I was afraid of damaging my laptop ports (same for all three connectors, both C ports on laptop). Difficult to insert and even more difficult to remove. I do not have this issue with any other USB-C devices. I have to use for now until I find a hub that some of my USB peripherals are recognized by.,a s the USB-C to USB 3.0 port I also purchased only recognizes flash drives, and I have several USB 2 or 3 devices that I need to use on a daily basis.

Thus far they work great and THEY DO recognize USB 3
Thus far they work great and THEY DO recognize USB 3.0 which is great. I knock a star because they are a little loose fitting on the USB C side (not too bad). They seem solid. Will update if needed. Also don't expect timely delivery. Got delayed 3 days and on the second day USPS didn't even have it yet. :/

I like these.
Agree with the other positive reviews. I like these...solid build and about as small as they can be for the connection. No problems working with any USB 3 or 2 device after a couple of weeks. Great price...picking up another pack so I can keep them in multiple locations. We'll all need USB-C adapters for many years until a complete changeover. USB-C rocks! Data, power, audio, video, peripherals...all in one. The connector we've needed forever.

Highly recommend. Good value. Work on MacBook Pro.
These work great! Using it on the latest MacBook Pro (with TouchBar), and they fit in the slot well, and stay in. Feel like solid, durable construction. The Mac OS hasn't complained about them once (using Sierra OS).

Terrible fit
These wobble around in the USB-C ports on my MacBook Pro. Any connected device is frequently disconnected, with or without the slightest movement.

One of the three pack worked in my 2016 MacBook Pro 15", the others would not connect securely and would fall out with no effort. Not sure if I can blame Apple or these guys, but I have some AUKEY brand of the same adapters and they all work.
