This replacement flour had turned out to be as good if not better then my standard flour.
This is a very good flour and I may in the future seriously consider using this flour. Good price and stuff bakes up nicely. No complaints except when I checked to see how they are doing especially after there appeared to be flour shortages-I found the seller of this product was out of additional flour as well
