True to henckle, these are fantastic quality, great weather, super sharp abd an excellent value for the money

These are large sized heavy steak knives. We think they are lovely. The textured handles are very comfortable to hold. We've only had them for a couple of months, but they show no signs of tarnish or wear so far.The serrations on these knives are tighter and more vertical than most steak knives. They do cut cleanly, but I find less pressure and more horizontal motion, more like a sawing motion, works well.

These are solidly built and look like they will last forever, and are also very sharp.

After 2 years of having these knives, I no longer use them, as they are embarrassment with the rusting "stainless steel". This is what happens when a formerly excellent brand outsources it's production to China where inferior materials are used in manufacturing process, especially the chroming process. Doing a quick search online, I see there are many others who have the same complaints about Henckel knives. Beware, Zwilling Henckel is no longer a high quality brand.

These are a tad light and do rust, but are very pretty.

I really wanted to like these knives as my "daily drivers". The are comfortable to hold and sharp to cut with, but will not hold up in the dishwasher. I have eight of these and every single one has rust spots on the blades (the handles are fine). If you want steak knives that you have to hand wash all the time these might be an OK option.

These have a bit of weight to them, but cut great. Would definitely recommend these knives.

For years I've wanted to find steak knives that don't have wooden handles, and here they are. Very nice knives that feel great in the hand and look fabulous. Sadly, one of the knives in our 2 packs had minor scrape on one of the handles, but the blemish is hardly noticeable so not worth returning (from overseas). Overall, absolutely love these knives: could be enhanced by having a nice presentation case in which you can store 8-12 knives.
