The pineapple one is very intense. Taking the normal one scoop is very potent. I have started halving the scoop and it’s a bit more manageable. The crash after is why I gave it three stars. I work out early and by mid day, I’m really tired. I sleep 8hrs so it’s not that. For some reason this product exhausts me. Not great. I probably won’t use this again.

I LOVE this preworkout! Gives me so much focus and energy, even lifts my mood, but absolutely no jittery "speed-like" feeling. I take this as it says, 1 scoop 15 min before my workout, and I start to feel really energized in about 5 min. Steady energy for a little while and no crashing later.I have the kiwi strawberry flavor, and i like it. There is a sour kick to it that i wasnt expecting, but it's really grown on me, and i actually really look forward to drinking it. I love that it uses stevia instead of aspartame or spenda. Easy to mix and it was nice that it came with its own shaker.Bottom line, very very clean good energy. It's a keeper; I am already ordering another tub!

I have used various pre-work outs over many years of lifting. The problem with many of them was you would feel jittery or they had dangerous products in them.I love SizeSlim Pre-Workout and will never use another brand. My workouts and focus are amazing. I actually use a single scoop in the mornings now as well in place of coffee. I am more focused through the day, my need for caffeine has dropped considerably, and my blood sugar is the lowest it has been in years.The flavors are great. I will continue to buy this product and have told others who have had similar results.

I like it! The taste is ok - not great but certainly tolerable. I was much more happy with the fact that it's vegan and sweetened with stevia. The product works well and I have no complaints. I don't get as much of the tingles as I would expect with the beta alanine but I can still push through workouts which is the ENTIRE point. Would order again!

After trying about 3 other pre workouts this was the best one.. still had energy after my workout and didn't feel sluggish during the rest of the day. It's the most expensive one I've tried but worth it. Also it doesn't taste like pure sugar, yea I know that all of them say they don't have any sugar but it's still loaded with that fake sugar which I hate..I should add I'm writing this review also because they keep on harassing me like everyday to write a review or tell them what's wrong with the product and since I don't have any negative feedback I wrote the review.

Works fairly well. Not as well as others but it contains stevia whereas most pre-workout formulas include toxic sucralose/Splenda. It says on the label “low stim” but it contains quite a bit of caffeine—something I don’t like in excess because of jitters and making it difficult to sleep.

This is not worth it taste alone. I got pineapple and there’s some sort of sweet touch but overall it is the 2nd worst pre workout flavor over ever tried. I use stevia regularly, but was still disappointed. It provides some energy, but not as much as I’d expect. The consistency is good and it hasn’t clumped, and delivery was great.

Product seems to work, but I couldn't get over the taste to actually use it.
