10w Boost Solar Panel for FL4, FL4-B, FL5, FL5-B, HS1, HS2

Used the original kit to recharge and top of an 8AH battery used to power an automatic chicken coop door opener. The location of the solar panel was in the shade for a good part of the day and would not adequately charge the battery. Once a month I would have to bring a charger out to the coop to recharge the battery and it would slowly drop in voltage until I had to repeat the process the following month. I purchased this product in the hopes that doubling the wattage would solve my problem and it did. The 8AH battery now stays fully charged, even though both panels are not in an ideal location. The booster panel comes with a long cable, long enough to relocate to an area with more direct sunlight.

Added bigly capacity to my FL-4B lights in the dead of winter. They now run for the full 6 hours after dusk (on a sunny winter day) they are programmed for. Highly recommended. The 48' of cable I ran seems to work fine.
