It's ok. would be better if the plates included a few larger crimps. No one will ever use the mini teeny tiny crimps... BUT... 9 yr old loves playing with the crimps and they largest size looks cute. The 3 smaller sizes are pretty worthless really.

Not worth the buy
It is worthless. The plates fall off when you are using them. It gets insanely hot. They are all the same style plates. Not worth it.

Crimps too small.
I have shortish hair, and the standard size crimping/curling tool I have is too large. I had so hoped this would do the trick. First, the item arrived with NO instructions for changing the plates. An email to the seller did get a quick reponse, so was able to change. I used the largest crimping plate, and my hair looked ridiculous, not curly, just tiny little lines across. And this was the largest curling choice. The other plates are smaller. I had seen another review with this complaint, but thought it wouldn't happen to me. It did. I may return it.
