Replacement/Spare Parts for Colossus GYRO METAL 3.5CH RTF RC Helicopter (Worlds Largest Gyro Helicopter) ZX-35606 spare parts

Definitely wouldn't buy from Hobby Tron ever again after buying 3 helicopters on my first order with problems. I've tried contacting them and they don't answer the phone or return your calls , they don't even return your e-mails. I did get lucky on one occasion and talked to somebody there but they weren't helpful at all . My request was extremely reasonable when I asked them to ship working replacements or just parts soo I could repair the defective units myself. They refused !!I asked to return them for a refund within a week of receiving their junk . Again they refused :-(Word of advice to all .....stay away from Hobby Tron and buy your toys from your local hobby store where you can deal with your sales associate personally.Hobby Tron isn't even worthy of receiving a 0-star rating in my opinion.I hope this review will save people the agrivation of explaining to your kids that the toys are bad . These parent/children bonding moments can and will be shattered with bad toys that will just get thrown in the garbage unless you're savvy and resourceful enough to make the necessary repairs yourself.That being saidgood day to all

Wouldn't buy anything from Hobby.tron. Extremely bad customer service. Got a bad battery pack and they won't return my calls and even their live chat does not work.
