I do a cleanse every year and I do have both products at the moment. They are both sweet and have similar ingredients and both work well. Being I have both in my home now, I am taking 1 in the morning and the other at night. Easy to use and there is no alcohol! This Li is 30% less in price so I will always buy this one! Both products contain Dandelion, milk thistle, chanca piedra, & artichoke. They are both 2fl oz bottles with the same droppers so they have the same servings. The glycerin in this gives it a very pleasant and sweet herbal taste. I use 2 droppers under my tongue and then I drink a glass of water after a minute. I have never had issues with my liver and I don't want any. Your liver is responsible for regulating hormones too. Take care of it. Review: noticeable improvement after 2 weeks - I have a lot of health issues, and some of my medications don’t mix well with my liver, over time, which is why I wanted to try this. I often get back nausea and stomach pains. I started taking this, as directed, and after about 2 weeks, I noticed some difference in my symptoms. I still had my nausea and stomach pain spells, but they were less frequent. I didn’t mind the taste; it went down easy, mixed with a little bit of juice. I’d say any improvement, no matter how small, is worth a try. ## Features - Brand: E2H Earth To Humans - Flavor: Peppermint ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07HPD129N | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #169,816 in Health ( See Top 100 in Health ) #232 in Milk Thistle Herbal Supplements | | Brand | E2H EARTH TO HUMANS | | Brand Name | E2H EARTH TO HUMANS | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 2,092 Reviews | | Diet Type | Vegan | | Dosage Form | Liquid | | Flavor | Peppermint | | Flavour | Peppermint | | Item Form | Tablet | | Item Volume | 59 Fluid Ounces | | Item Weight | 0.13 Pounds | | Item form | Tablet | | Item package quantity | 1 | | Manufacturer | BM Health | | Manufacturer Part Number | CDER11 | | Material Features | Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) Free, Gluten Free, Kosher Certified, Plant Based, Vegan, Vegetarian | | Model Number | 1 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Quantity | 1 | | Package information | Bottle | | Recommended Uses For Product | Liver Support | | Special Ingredients | Turmeric | | Unit Count | 1.00 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** E2H EARTH TO HUMANS - **Item form:** Tablet - **Item package quantity:** 1 - **Manufacturer:** BM Health - **Package information:** Bottle ## Images ![Liver Support Supplement with Milk Thistle - 48 Servings - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Qxv+uRZVL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Where is this manufactured ?** A: It shows to be made in the US but there is no certification that proves that is actually made in the US so there's no specific details about where or how is made or the quality check. **Q: I saw a video on yt saying this detoxes your liver and helps speed up your metabolism. is that true? thanks** A: I'm almost done with my first bottle and I have to say I did noticed a difference!.. nothing extraordinary but I used to get sharp pains in my liver and stomach every time I would drink alcohol or spicy stuff and after using this I don't have that problem or not as much at least!.. so it does help but it's not like a super big difference at least not yet, like I said I'm barely working on my first bottle but I'm hoping that if I keep taking it then it will make a bigger difference. **Q: Why does the description say there are 85 servings but the bottle says 48 servings?** A: The correct description is 48 full droppers, I don't know why they have two different descriptions maybe it's 85ml? I don't know. **Q: Does this have any carbs? If you are fasting I wondered if this woulkd be off limits?** A: No carbs ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A gift to my liver *by E***E on 4 January 2022* I have this, Li, and I have used another similar product from Amazon for the liver, Vitaliver. The only thing I do not like is that the dose is one dropper full and it is impossible to get any more liquid in the dropper than about half full. The dropper just will not pick up more than half full. I’ve tried it every time I use it and it is kind of irritating as I’m never sure that I have the correct dose since I have to dip in twice each time. ## Frequently Bought Together - Milk Thistle Extract for Liver Cleanse Detox & Repair - Herbal Liver Support Supplement with Artichoke Extract, Dandelion Root, Chanca Piedra, and More - 2 Fl Oz by E2H - Lions Mane - Lions Mane Supplement - Promotes Mental Clarity, Memory & Focus - Lions Mane Liquid for Immune Support - Mushroom Tincture - 2 Fl Oz by E2H - E2H Advanced Intestinal Support - Natural Intestinal Cleanse and Digestive Cleanse Supplement - Wormwood and Black Walnut Extract - Non-GMO, Vegan - 2 Fl Oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/447584121-liver-support-supplement-with-milk-thistle-48-servings](https://www.desertcart.be/products/447584121-liver-support-supplement-with-milk-thistle-48-servings) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
