I have always enjoyed taking Devo on my bike rides, but it wasn't until I went on a 450 mile relay that I realized how effective this stuff really is.The race went over 24 hours and near the end, during the night, as I was cold and exhausted this gave me the energy I needed to perform at a high level. And I don't know how they are doing it over there at Devo Nutrition, but Blue Raspberry is my jam! #delicious

I have used Devo Replenergy for the past month for my post workout recovery. I do inverval training on an indoor bike 6 days/wk for 1-3 hours per session. At age 57 recovery is critical to my workout schedule and this product really jump starts the process each day. Devo+good diet+rest is my formula and it's working. This products mixes easily and tastes great (I like the Raspberry). It is part of every workout session for me now.
