Doesn’t match my hair

UPDATED REVIEW: Bought a second one and used it today - very pleased BUT I cleaned the first one, removing the glue and then washed it using a shampoo for hair pieces. Washed very gently, mainly by running cool water through the wig - no rubbing or squeezing water out. Combed out using a wide tooth comb and air dried. On checking it later I noticed what seemed to be split ends in several places. It almost seemed that it had been burnt. Very disappointed and hope this isn't going to happen to the second piece. When I cut both pieces I used very sharp hairdressing scissors. No product was used on either (no gels, hair spray etc. et.c.) I have been able to trim most of the split end off but not all.Original ReviewMy husband had been having his hair done professionally but would leave visits too far between and his system was getting discolored and ratty. With Covid no chance of a visit to the hairdresser. I offered to redo it as long as he promised to buy a new system it it worked out. Watched lots of YouTube and did an ok job with what I had to work with.Ordered this system, trimmed to size and applied.It was VERY full and thick and had a slight wave to it. I’ve been thinning it bit by bit and it’s about right. Unfortunately there is a bit of a wave at the temple which tents to stick out a bit. We’re working on it with gel. He’s comfortable enough now to go out without a hat and I think I did a pretty good job. photos taken before I thinned the top.

I have ordered four hairpieces in the past, two in the last month. This latest one looks nothing like the previous hairpieces. There is absolutely no way I can style the new one to look anything like the one received last month. It's a different color, is ridiculously straight (think Andy Warhol) and just totally unusable. Unfortunately I didn't need to use it right away, just unpacked it and put it in a drawer. Today, when I went to install it I discovered the discrepancy. My husband refuses to wear it. When having to wear a hairpiece continuity of styling and color is so important. We buy two wigs so we can alternate them to keep them in good condition. There is no way we could alternate these hairpieces the difference is so obvious. I have started a return but am at a loss how I can obtain one that looks like the previous hairpieces. The first photo shows the difference in color and texture. The next three are of the 'good' hairpiece while the last three are of the newest one.

This fake hair looks really good in the mirror face on. However you will never get the hair straight because its synthetic, and the straightening never holds. Way to thick for an old man unless your Sam Elliot or a 65 year old freak with full thick hair. Looks good in front, bad towards the back and really bad in the back due to the coarse density,Overall considering this toupee may work for some I wouldn't NOT recommend it, but I would not buy another Rossy&Nancy brand.

I very much like this seller their service was outstanding, no complaint at all they work very well.

This Rossy and Nancy hairpiece exceeded my expectations by 100% I did buy it in the platinum blonde and dyed it to match my hair color perfectly, but I’m sure you could buy the color you need and be just fine. This hairpiece was so great the first time I came back to this brand to buy my second one, this time in blonde with the dark roots. It looks amazing!!! I will forever come back to Rossy and Nancy for all my hairpieces.

It's completely the wrong color. I ordered a blond, and got sent a dark brown. And it's so thick that it boarders on unrealistic. The amount of work I'll need to do, does NOT make this product worth the near 200$ spent for it.
