I am a retired nurse, and my hands, & fingers, have become weaker over time. I have been in physical therapy to help,but as we know, it costs, or insurances have a cut off point. I find that this small, modest exerciser, is easy to use..has really good exercises on video.., extremely affordable..., and so far, I feel it is well made..I have had it over a week, and used it even when not feeling well ,[ just think,you can exercise your hands and fingers, even on bed rest]. I always encourage others to see their doctors prior to using any new device, due to underlying problems that is not obvious.I can feel the exerciser working not only my hands but lower arms as well. I do feel that anyone who needs to strengthen muscles, using this will work for you gradually, without over working your muscles. Please follow directions, and video, and take it to your doctor or physical therapist, so they can see how it works. I love the fact that it has 2 disks for 2 levels of strength. This Is NOT to make hands like a body builder, but helps for arthritis, & other similar problems. I recommend this Pykal Hand Exerciser and Finger Strengthener....

They are durable, and they really help with pain. An all around good product, but kind of difficult to figure out.

I picked these up as I've always been interested in maintaining a high level of hand strength and to see if they'd help to strengthen my wrist which has been giving me issues. These showed up with a card that has approximately 8 exercises in the box that are pretty easy to figure out, and with more on their website. The utility of them has been great. I ran into an issue where after about a month of use there was a defect issue arising . I reached out to the customer service email which is also conveniently in the box, explained the issue and was sent another set. I sincerely appreciate customer service like that. She was very helpful, followed up to make sure I got the replacements, and was overall an excellent experience. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and even happier with buying products from a company that has real support behind it. Oh, and another important aspect, I do feel that it's helping to strengthen my hands and fingers!

I can't understand all the good reviews. I have an average size hand for a male. Yet the finger holes are far too small for me. Also the plastic material is very thick. Even with the light exerciser I could barely expand my fingers.This is advertised as a good exerciser for carpal tunnel relief. I have carpal tunnel problems and this is far too stiff for my use. Rock climbers may find it useful but I fail to see how a typical adult could benefit from it.I returned the purchase.NOTE: I revised this review to three stars on the basis that rock climbers with skinny fingers might find this useful.

The hand exercisers are great.....high quality that look like they'll last forever combined with clear instructions in both video and PDF format (instructions also come in box for convenient use wherever you may be). The customer service is fabulous....Lily has gone way above and beyond to make sure I have all questions answered and to assure my complete happiness with the product. There are lots of hand exercisers out there that look like they'll won't last long......but here we have a small company with a fabulous, versatile product and customer service that will go the extra mile to assure you are happy with your purchase. You cannot go wrong with Pykal!!!!
