Doesn't Fit the Cage
EDIT: I just found out I probably bought the wrong size and that this wring is meant for your wing-wang, not your accompanying boys (though I guess with the way I reshaped the ring I got, it may count as an addition for my two boys, but only gonna try it and if it's too difficult to put together or too much, gonna just not use the ring). I don't know why, but for some reason I thought all the sizes on these attachments might fit every device, I think I assumed the pin holes would all be the same distance apart. I'm going to try again with buying a smaller size and the testes separator with it, since they're both pretty inexpensive and I'm too horny to feel like passing them up. Will leave reviews on both.I know this is a modification attachment for the original cages, for some extra kinky fun. Well, the holes on it didn't line up with the prongs on the cage or the holes in the ring (they were off by several millimeters). I bought a 1.57" ring cage. I would assume this ring was meant for a 1.97" ring cage given the distance between the holes, only, this ring itself is 1.35", so naturally it should be meant for a smaller cage+ring, so what's the big idea???I had to use channel locks to try and bend it in place. I can just barely fit it onto the cage now, but it gets stuck easy. I may use a drill and fine emery paper to widen the holes and smooth the edges. I have to do it at an angle, and while wearing it is doable, it's very difficult, and trying to line the lock mechanism up is extra difficult. By the time I got it on, my boys were turning purple, because the spike ring came as a 1.35" and I probably had to bend it closer to 1.10" or even 1". I shave and stay smooth and it was still difficult for me, so I can't imagine what it's like for someone that only trims or doesn't trim at all. It was a little scary the two times I got it on cause when I went to take it off, first the lock got stuck and then the spike ring got stuck. I've never had to take a toy off my body with a pair of pliers or any tool before, but if I plan on using this ring in the future, I may wanna keep a pair handy. In short, the spike ring would be awesome, cause despite losing circulation, I could feel the spikes doing their thing and I really liked it, but it should not be this friggin hard to use. It needs to be redesigned and made in multiple sizes to fit the other ring sizes. The manufacturer should actually try checking to see if their modifications work with the devices they're meant to be used on, if they care at all, cause someone that doesn't know what they're doing could hurt themselves with this thing. If this modification is this defective, then I wouldn't buy the rubber urethra tubes with the metal pieces at the ends, also sold by TERNENCE. My fear is those metal pieces are liable to pop off and get stuck inside your urinary tract, which means a hospital visit (and should mean a lawsuit). So no thanks and I hope that hasn't happened to anyone, my heart goes out to any that it may have happened to.

New options for different inside diameter sizes.
The concept behind this is actually great and similar to another product I use (but that their plastic design). Sadly, because of the lack of different sizes on the inside diameter, only 0.7mm being available, That size is just too big for my.. Let’s just sat my member, Allowing me to easily slip out as if it didn’t exist. Which defeats the purpose of this device. It would be nice to have various sizes to choose from in order to make the device more compatible with various sizes of people’s members. For example, with the other device I was referring to from a different company, I use their XXS (small but cute) that has an inside diameter of 0.43 mm (though I wish they had a 0.45mm as I think a better fit/for me) Now I’m sure it does what it’s advertised to do as the smaller size works on the other company’s device with my member. However, with this anti pullout device with its only size, it only will work on people with larger members. Me being on the small side, sadly, I can’t use this device to prevent any pullout. Though there’s no way I’m stuffing myself back in without WD4 (joke). I hope they update their sizes so I like my cage, but without an anti pullout device being available in my size, all I can do is watch my version of Free Willy. On a side note, if the manufacturer wants to test other sizes for smaller sized I’m available. Just saying.Only thing is, getting it on with out pinching not fun, but its the same issue with most, so I can't wait them.

You will definitely be locked.
This definitely does what it’s supposed to. When it’s used, I definitely can not get out my dick out of the cage, which I could do when lubed or soapy in the shower. With this on the cage, I am very definitely locked away.It it a bit tricky to get the cage on with this. You have to make certain to not have any folds of skin (yes, that skin) between this ring and the cage. You will be sorry if you do, it pinches. And not a good place to be pinched like this, metal to metal. But once it’s on, it’s not too uncomfortable, unless you do something naughty. I haven’t been able to wear the ring on too long, it eventually starts hurting. But I keep trying to wear the ring with the cage more and it gets better. I want to be able to wear the ring with the cage all the time, so I’m totally locked away. One odd thing I ran into. Once I get all the parts of the cage and ring on, and go to insert the lock, the lock doesn’t want to go in all the way. I have to keep working at it and it will finally go in, sometimes with a bit of force. I can’t see what is causing it, so I just deal with it.Overall I think this is a good addition to the cage.

Needs to be modified...
The pins are a little sharp to be used for an extended period of time. In order to fix that I took a Dremel tool with sand paper followed by polishing to the points. That fixed that issue with very little effort. The only reason I would recommend using this is if you are not able to get a ring sized lower that will not cause constant pain. This makes it so that you will not be able to slip out for sure. Also make sure you are getting the correct part. I also want to note that the manufacturing of the pins on the cages are not that great in their tolerances. You might need to fight to get this on even if it is for the correct cage pin width.

Dont give up!
Some people mentioned that it doesn't fit. I thought the same thing until I realized you can close it further (overlap) than intended. (See pictures) Then it fits perfectly, and IMO, more secure around the head making even more impossible to escape. I've been able to wear some other cages through the night, but with this particular cage and anti off ring, it flat out doesn't give any room for wiggle, making it incredibly painful to wake up with an (Attempted) erection. During the day I love that kind of confinement. Be aware that peeing can become quite a mess, depending on the front of the cage you have. As for mine it's just a tiny hole, so I usually wear diapers to keep from worrying about spraying everywhere.
