I'm very particular about the ingredients that are in the products I put on my body. I'm making my shopping list for the recipes I want to try, especially the body butters - love those. I have very dry skin and shea butter is one of the only things that helps. I'll be trying the Jasmine Green Tea Body Butter first. Love the beneficial and nutritional info at the beginning. Great selection of recipes.

I am looking forward to trying some of these natural skin and face treatments. I have naturally oily skin with some dry patches, and I'm hoping some of these will help.

The recipes in this book are all easy to make and use. Other than the advice to use sunscreens without explaining that most commercial sunscreens are toxic, the book is worthwhile.

Well written with interesting ideas for body scrubs and moisturizers. Would have liked to see more body butter recipes included.

I do enjoy using natural products on my body and over the years have enjoyed making my own combination of facial and body scrubs. This book took my interest because it is using natural products. There are a wide selection of scrubs, masks and body butters to explore and make, using a base of sugar, tea and coffee..Lots to choose from..
