Not sure about sizing
Maybe my grandson just has small feet. He's 18 mos. and when I put these socks on him this morning, they were really big on him. They are supposed to be ankle socks, but they stretched all the way to his knees. And the foot part was definitely big.

Cute, unisex, grippy bottom socks
Wanted unisex socks with grippy bottoms and coordinated enough that I could mix and match of some got lost, but with cute patterns that didn’t include stupid animals or cars. These are perfect. I don’t remember what my criteria was for sizing other than age and didn’t have a problem, tho my son is smaller than average but he has sort of Big feet

I loved these socks for my grandchildren. They were big enough to pull up so they would not fall off and has grip studd on the bottom so they don’t fall. I would purchase again. Great socks

Great Socks fit perfectly.
We love these, our son has chubby ankles and feet so most socks either don't stay on or are too tight on him. These are perfect, we will def be ordering more.

great for our 14 month old
I wanted unisex socks with grip underneath for our daughter who is 14 months and 23 lbs (and big for her age). They fit her great and no sliding on our hard wood floors. I've washed them a few times and they haven't shrunk. I don't know if they would fit a 3 year old, but they work perfectly for us right now.
