This thing tastes awful but I love it. I take it right after I finish my training. Take it with carrot juice if you want to cancel out the taste.Also you don't need the exact amount mentioned on the label. I take about half a teaspoon and that works fine for me.

Warrior Food a great source of chlorophyll and other green nutrients. Taste is strong though palatable. Oddly mesquite has a milder flavor than the cool green flavor. Nice supplement!
