I love patchouli. LOVE. When I smelled the shampoo and conditioner in the bottle, they smell like pure Patchouli. I don’t think it smells anything like patchouli after the hair has been washed and conditioned. The wet hair smell is super offensive to me after being washed and conditioned...but my husband doesn’t think so. When the hair dries, it doesn’t smell like Patchouli, but it doesn’t “stink” to me anymore.I love the shampoo and conditioner, otherwise. We’re going to try other scents for sure! Keep in mind, my personal taste might not be the same as yours if you try the patchouli scent. The shampoo and conditioner are WONDERFUL. Hair is clean and shiny and not weighed down. I highly recommend the shampoo and conditioner...I just don’t like the scent I bought at all. We’ll try again with another scent.

This stuff has a great ingredients list, it smells deliciously like nag champa. My entire apartment smells like I lit inscense because I washed my hair tonight. A little bit goes a very long way! I used too much and ended up washing up with the rest because it smelled so good. I will definetly be buying the conditioner to pair with this, now that I know the shampoo is worth it! I highly recommend this for regular hair or dreadlock care.

As a shampoo it is fine--lots of fine shampoos out there. I bought it for the patchouli scent. Regardless of what seller indicates, this does not smell like patchouli. In fact it does not smell like much of anything except plain castile soap. Will not purchase again--nor can I recommend it for anyone who wants that fragrance. If you want a decent shampoo that has little fragrance, this could be for you

First, be aware that these products get shipped in an ENVELOPE. Second, from the smell of what was leaking from said envelope, I can say that this is not what I expected. Maybe it was because the cherry almond and nag champa products were mixing during shipping and somehow created a nauseous blend of cherry almond nag. In any case, it was not a good smell. The best I can describe it is like that of a heavily perfumed old lady who colored herself with cheap scented crayons.If you are sensitive to smells/chemicals, I would not recommend this product as it smells as if a lower quality or expired fragrance was one of the ingredients.

Zero On Value! Zero On Scent! And Fake iridescent "added" to look Expensive. With the consistency of tap water. And why the hell is it brown? If you're thinking Sassoon, Cherry Almond, Then forget about it!More oil than any Soap! We had to use Dawn Dishwashers soap to get it out of our hair. Motor Oil?... Just Might Be. Also It Was Shipped With Less Than Stated 14oz.SIMPLE CRAP! SO MUCH FOR QUALITY CONTROL AND 'HAND CRAFTED' ITEMS FROM AMAZON. NEVER AGAIN! Great shampoo for those with fine hair, considering its cut down on my frizz.On the weekends, I can forgo any hair gel/pomade since my (short) hair seems more weighted(?) using this shampoo.While the label suggests "barbershop" scent it lacks the typical tallow and clubman smell a guy would associate with a true barbershop haircut. That said, it does smell great. Think clean and fresh in a masculine, light cologne kind of way. If you've ever tried Lather and Woods "barbershop" scented shave soap/aftershave lotion, I think it's the exact same fragrance. As with most non-cologne products which smell great, I wish the scent did last longer than an hour or 2 after use.So yes, good stuff; but expensive. At $14.99, it come out to $1.25 an ounce. While the bottle is the stated 12 ounces on the label, it just looks small during the unpacking.

I love their products! I have ordered the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in Sweet Pumpkin, Wicked, Nag Champa & Oatmeal, Milk & Honey. They all smell so Wonderful! They are gentle on the skin and hair as well. I am going to order more scents to try! I think the only thing that I would change is I wish the labels had bigger identifying pictures on the bottles since in the shower I don't have my reading glasses on and it's hard to see which is which! Haha.. But really, these are great. This is a real review too, not a paid one, and I didn't get bribed with any free product to say something nice. They are honestly great products.

Love the smell, and it really get my hair clean. However with the bottle being as small as it is and the price, I was a little caught off guard at how thin and watered down the shampoo is. If you wash your hair daily, I couldn't see a full bottle lasting and entire month even if used sparingly.
