Brave New Girl: How to Be Fearless (Empowering Back-to-School College Care Package Gift for Her)

We gave this to a friend transitioning from middle school to high school...8th grade to 9th grade. We flagged some pages we thought really spoke to who she is as a 'fearless' young girl. She enjoyed the book!

Great book, hardbound, good quality thick pages, lots of great quotes and inspirations - not little or thin, maybe 10”x10”x3”. Bought as a graduation gift for 8th graders.

Was expecting more text and it is short sayings with pictures.

It wasn't what I was expecting. I thought there would be anecdotes and advice on how to be fearless. Possibly snippets of memoirs of fearless women. It's a book of cliches and sasyings, one on each page. I bought it for my 13 year old daughter and was very disasppointed.

What an amazing book. My high school graduation "card" for my granddaughter. Perfect to take with her to college. I added hand-written notes of affirmation for her to "find" on certain pages that would be meaningful to her alone.

The ideas and pictures are beautifully created in this book. I am in no way knocking this but for the price and lack of content, I must admit I was disappointed. Maybe it's the media that's wrong for me and t shirts or a daily calendar would be a far better way of using Lou,s lovely ideas and creations. Sadly, I have given it to my local charity shop.......

Good product, good price. Delivered quickly and in good condition. Neice loved it although grandpa grumbled we are trying to turn her into a socialist.

I love opening the book at a random page and see what it tells me - I have given 2 of my own copies as gifts and need to get myself one!

Amazing gift for my daughter and niece

Sadly my daughter suffers with depression, whenever she feels low this little book offers a ray of light.It is easy to pick up and just flick through with wonderful illustrations and inspiring words.
