Very impressed
The cameras have great resolution, night vision. They have motion sensors for recognizing motion to alert owners. The alerts can be configured and a live camera view can be accessed through the app on the phone. The DVR will also alert you if one of the cameras have been disconnected. Best of all, there is no monthly service cloud storage fee and the customer service is extremely helpful if you have any problems with setup.

The best bang for the buck
The box arrived on time with everything I needed to install the system except a drill and a screwdriver. I took my time placing the cameras and running the wires it took me two or three hours. I did not have anyone to help with the exact camera placement at first. Before I did all this I plugged the cameras in one at a time and they all worked and impressive clarity, checked the DVR was also good to go. I still have all the technical stuff to learn like how to get it on my cell phone and alerts and more but you would have quite a challenge finding anything better for the price.

Installation was easy. Set up was easy
Had this unit for a while now. Installation was easy. Set up was easy. My only issue was that one camera (the infrared) quit. Within two hours after sending an email i had a reply and a new camera was on it's way. Customer service is one thing that carries a lot of weight with me. Thanks for providing this service along with a great product.

Not finished taking advantage of all the features. Trying to figure out how to view on smart tv instead of separate monitor. Like the quality and clarity of the video day & night.

hard to connect to my phone and computer
the app to download in order to view my cameras does not connect and some of the directions are in a total different language. and i can't obtian qr code

Best System for the Best Price
I have had the system up and running for a few months now and everything works as it should. This is my third wireless system and I had to return the previous two because of repeated failures either with the DVR and/or the cameras. Good quality video, great colour and very little lag time. Only part I don't care for is the remote playback as I don't see a fast/fwd option (maybe I haven't found it yet). I would recommend this system for sure.

Was working now just says no signal. Contact info number says it's no longer in service.

These are WIRED. Consider looking at a truly wireless system.
