Im Afro-Hispanic with 4b hair, this flat iron is the bomb oh em geeee!!!! Left my hair BONE straight, heats up fast, stays hot, the heat is even, ABSOLUTELY NOOOO SNAGGING, best freakin straightener i ever used! Loved it so much, i bought another one for back up! Lol

Super hot... super fast. The plates are narrow... Hold the power button for a second or two to turn on - and then the up arrow to increase heat.
