Considering that this fitness tracker only cost $20, I am very pleased. I have a tiny wrist, but the bracelet fits perfectly on the smallest closure. Unlike many watches, it doesn't look too big. The step count isn't perfect, but what fitness tracker actually is? It syncs with the phone app very easily. The instructions are directly translated from Chinese, but the pictures were helpful. I would definitely recommend this to someone who wants the benefits of a Fitbit without paying the price.

Really disappointed that it doesn’t have heart rate feature. Makes it kind of pointless. Looking past that this thing reads horribly inaccurate and tells me I’ve taken hundreds more steps than I really have and I have no idea why. Pretty sure it thinks I’m walking when I’m in a moving car. Not worth it.

Got this today. Wrist band is nice, good quality. Pink is more of a baby pink color vs. the rose gold look in the picture. The item I received would not turn on. I tried charging the unit for hours and with 2 different outlets and nothing. Sadly returning. Based on other reviews I was looking forward to getting this product. I will amend if and when I get a replacement.

Broke in less than a week

I bought this for myself after my daughter purchased one. Right out of the box, I was disappointed.The sticker gummed up the screen so bad it took me a half hour just to clean it off.I then tried to charge it. That was another pain. It would not charge in any of my desktop USB’s or my iPhone cube. It would only charge in my laptop USB port.It obviously doesn’t work well with an iPhone 8 Plus because I didn’t receive any text notifications at all even after trying time and time again and checking the settings. It cannot be seen at all outside in the daylight. The screen isn’t bright enough.Although it has the words “heart rate” in the name of the device, it doesn’t track heart rate.I returned it and bought a Fitbit Charge 2.I’m happy now.

We only got this to track out teen's sleep. We didn't realize you had to sleep with a call phone to make it work. Our daughter tried without the phone and nothing. Then read and found out she had to. We won't have our 13 year old sleep with her phone. If we did, we would have had her use the app on her phone.

This Smart Wristband has exceeded my expectations and now has replaced my fitbit I used to use all the time! Upon receiving, It already had about a 70% charge to it, so I could start playing with it and using it immediately! The band itself is very durable, and made of great material compared to my fitbit. The main display piece plugs right into the band very securely, and you don't even notice it's 2 separate pieces at first, as it took me a few minutes to realize there was no separate charging cord. i love it fitness tracker .
