It works good!
Works good.It threaded right into my Craftsman 33 gallon 1.6 HP air compressor model 919.167630.If it helps from my measurements:4 threads for every 3/16 of an inch-meaning line up 1st thread even with an inch mark and the 4th thread will be even with the 3/16 mark.Its 1/2" diamater.Plug feels good quality and after a dab of anti seize and put in, it held full air pressure no drop no leaks at least an hour until I started using compressor.Very satisfied I can get a few more years out of the compressor now!Very good for the money!Of course it was easy to install as well.

Craftsman Air Compressor Model: 919.176850
So far it's working perfectly on this compressor's tank at 120 psi (Max 250) and holding for 3 months. The old one leaked because the gasket around the shut off valve was long gone. I tried using o-rings but since the gasket is triangle-shaped the o-ring wouldn't form a seal without pushing the o-ring off while tightening. Someone complained about the control arm breaking and, no thread sealer. This one has the sealer and, the control arm appears well seated but not as good as the OEM which has a heavier 'arm' and is pressed on better giving it a stronger fitting. Hope this one last 30+ years.

Decent part but returned
Ok product, ordered as a replacement for original drain on an air compressor. The end that you use to turn it with seems stamped & cheaper that original (which broke). I sourced one locally that was cheaper & better made.
