Pure Creatine Monohydrate Powder

I've been taking creatine for more than 2 decades at this point as a supplement to help with weight training. For years, the recommendation was to take 5g daily to boost physical performance, especially in short-duration, intense activities like powerlifting.Within the last 5-10 years, some studies have suggested that higher levels of supplementation (up to 20g daily from what I've seen) can help boost cognitive abilities, fight off the effects of short-term sleep deprivation, and help counteract some of the negative effects of stress. The brain can also take advantage of creatine supplementation, but only if there is enough left over after the muscles of the body have taken what they can use. At least that's my basic understanding of how it works. The takeaway is that increasing supplementation levels (assuming you do not suffer from an illness or condition that makes creatine supplementation counterproductive or dangerous) can help both physical and cognitive processes, and the recommended levels of creatine intake have risen to 15-20g/day according to some sources. The good news is that creatine is relatively inexpensive and, if you tolerate it (some people get gastrointestinal upset if they take too much), there doesn't appear to be much of a downside to trying more. It's difficult to know whether a product like this is effective without trying it, so that's what I did. I've been taking 5mg/day for years and it has helped with weight training, but recently I upped the dose to 15g/day. I've noticed less fatigue and increased mental acuity, especially if I haven't slept well (which unfortunately happens far too often now that I've gotten older). No, I can't suddenly lift 3X as much as I did last week, and I'm not in danger of joining MENSA any time soon, but the physical and mental benefits are noticeable to me.Is it placebo effect? Perhaps some, but I doubt all of it is. I think the creatine is doing what several studies and many users have already reported-- increasing energy stores for both muscles and brain to use. Another family member I recommended this to has reported increased focus and less fatigue with just 5g a day (this person had never taken creatine before) so I think the physiological results are real, not a fluke. The nice part about finding an inexpensive source of creatine like this is that taking relatively large amounts every day is affordable. At 20g/day (a pretty big dose), there are 50 servings in a 1kg bag. Given the current cost of about $26 per bag, that's a little over $0.50 per day, which for most people is not a tremendous amount to spend. Or you can take a little less and stretch it out even further. At this price, you can afford to experiment, though I haven't seen any protocols recommending more than 20g/day and I personally wouldn't go higher.I mix some in protein shakes and some in my morning coffee. This way I spread my intake throughout the day. I do this mostly to prevent stomach upset (I'm not prone to it when taking creatine but why tempt fate) and so that I get 2-3 smaller doses instead of one large one. There is some grittiness when taking it with coffee, but not much, and I can't taste it at all which is good. I like coffee WAY too much to ruin it with something that tastes disgusting, no matter how good it is for me.You can easily spend more money on creatine, and there may be something to be said for the CreaPure creatine powders that are more highly refined and purified. The cost is 2-4X higher, however, so someone is going to have to convince me that it's worth the additional price. This stuff works, has good reviews, and doesn't cost a lot.

I’ve tried several creatine powders over the years, but this Creatine Monohydrate Powder (500g) is hands down my favorite. As someone who works out regularly and is always looking for products that help me maximize my performance, this creatine has become a staple in my routine.**Here’s why I love it:**1. **Smooth Texture**: Unlike some creatine powders that leave a gritty texture, this one has a fine, smooth consistency. When I mix it with my post-workout shake, I don’t have to worry about any chunks or graininess. It blends in effortlessly.2. **Dissolves Easily**: I’ve used several creatines before, and I’ve often had to shake my bottle multiple times to get everything to dissolve. Not with this one – it dissolves easily, no matter what I mix it with, whether it’s water, juice, or my protein shake.3. **No Taste**: This is a big win for me. Many creatine powders have a weird taste that lingers, but this one is completely unflavored. It doesn’t alter the taste of my shakes at all, which means I can easily mix it with anything.4. **No Loading Period Needed**: One of the best things about this creatine is that it doesn't require a loading phase. I’ve always disliked the idea of loading up on creatine, so this is a real time-saver for me. You can start taking it right away and feel the benefits.**Certified Personal Trainer Approved**: This creatine comes highly recommended by certified personal trainers for its high-quality formulation. As someone who values professional recommendations, I’m confident this product helps me achieve my fitness goals faster.Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use creatine supplement that gives you results without the hassle, this is the one. Whether you’re new to creatine or a seasoned lifter, I highly recommend giving this product a try. It’s my go-to creatine, and it should be yours too!Get this Creatine. You won’t regret it!

I switched to this after other brands became too expensive. Im impressed and this has good value for the money. Will continue to buy if they keep their prices the same.

The powder has a fine, micronized texture that dissolves well in both cold and warm liquids with minimal stirring and very little residue or grittiness. It is completely unflavored with no aftertaste, making it easy to add to water, smoothies, or other beverages. The 500-gram size provides a practical supply at the recommended 5000mg serving. The packaging is clear and well-labeled. I’ll update after 6–8 weeks of continued use to report on long-term powder consistency, mixability, and overall product experience. This appears to be a straightforward, micronized creatine monohydrate powder in a convenient unflavored form. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for an easy-to-mix, no-filler creatine supplement in a larger 500g size.

Suggested serving size is 5g, which is supposed to be 1 scoop with the supplied scooper. Because of other reviews stating the supplied scoop is not correct, I weighed the contents of 1 scoop on my food scale (multiple times) and it's only 4g. So I'm using a spare 5g scooper (weighed to confirm) from a different brand sminos that I use.Otherwise the product is great so far. It seems to dissolve well and has no taste mixed with the flavored sminos or whey protein drink that I add it to. I've only used it 3 days so far. The packag ziplock is still good. I'm hoping to notice desired effects soon. No bad side effects yet.

I’ve been using Micro Ingredients Creatine Monohydrate Powder for a few weeks now, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. The powder is very fine and mixes easily in water or juice without clumping, which makes it convenient to take daily. I appreciate that it’s unflavored and free from unnecessary additives, so it fits seamlessly into any stack. Overall, this is a high-quality, no-nonsense creatine that delivers exactly what you need without any gimmicks.

It came perfectly in time. And in perfect condition.Thank you

This product has been effective in muscle retention for my glp1 journey. It’s unflavored and I can add to any drink that I need to. Ingredients are pure creatine. Great instructions on back of bag.

The product dissolves easily even when the liquid is at room temperature. It doesn’t have any taste, so it can be incorporated into milk or juice if desired.

Accurate and good
