Review: Spend the extra money and get a great set of pedals. - I use these with my road bike even though that they are more intended for mountain and gravel bikes. Regardless, they work great. Easy to click in and click out of. I had a pair of cheaper SPDs (off brand), I encourage you, spend the extra $20.00 and get Shimano. They are much easier to use. The cheaper brand that I had, were very difficult to click out of. I took a fall because of that. Then one broke after a few months of use where you I could no longer click in at all. I have only had these for a few days, but I can feel the difference in the construction and function of the pedals. Oh, they come with the cleats, too. No need to buy those separately.

I use these with my road bike even though that they are more intended for mountain and gravel bikes. Regardless, they work great. Easy to click in and click out of.
