After you place your order you can either send me your order customization details right away using the contact seller link, or you can wait for me to email you with instructions. I will send you an email asking for your engraving and other customization details. I usually send the email within 30-45 minutes or as soon as Amazon posts the order to my account. I need the following info and all options are shown on the main product page by clicking through the product images. Please send me the wording you want engraved on the name plate, the font to use, the plate color and what color slide in plate holder you want. I have rose gold, silver and black holders. I also need to know if you want the holder to be a desktop holder or a wall mount holder. Choose included mounting hardware for wall version: Screws, Velcro, Magnet, or Adhesive.
